Hello, I’m Ty Francis, and welcome to my website!

My business exists to help people in organisations work together more productively, more purposefully and more creatively on a range of innovation and transformation projects. I help people get more engaged with challenging assignments and ultimately with colleagues, customers and stakeholders - so that individuals and whole enterprises develop and grow.

Throughout my 20 years in business, I have noticed so often that technical solutions only go so far. Ultimately, it seems to me that everything depends on people and how engaged we feel in helping to move something forwards meaningfully. When this is done well, I’ve seen magic happen – commitment and energy soar, initiative is used, action is taken, we stop guarding turf and start sharing common ground.

As a consultant and coach, I draw upon a unique combination of Innovation, Organisational Development and Corporate Communications disciplines to help my clients achieve greater levels of such engagement with their personal and organisational growth. Often, my work involves me in helping to establish and support think-tanks, innovation hot-houses, creative task forces and other forums for emerging forms of practice.
